The story
How we got here
Simon had his first exit at 21. Then spent years as an operator — inside banks, Big 4, and early Web3. As a founding team member at Atomyze (product manager), he supported a $30M+ raise and went on to raise $10M+ in Web3 through regulated security tokenisation. The securities traded. The infrastructure worked.
He also built things that didn’t work. Built too fast. Compliance figured out too late. Products that couldn’t close enterprise deals because of a missing licence or a data residency question that nobody had thought about until the procurement call. He’s been in that room.
That failure is the foundation of Altrova. Compliance isn’t a phase you add later. It’s the reason regulated market ventures succeed or die. Altrova embeds it from day one.

25+ years at PwC and EY in regulatory, cyber, and compliance. Consulting Lead for Switzerland at EY, EY Swiss Management Board. Founder of TechTrust. Advises boards on governance, cybersecurity, and audit readiness. Brings that same compliance architecture into every Altrova venture from day one.
