Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct

The standard of behaviour we expect from everyone in the Altrova community: cohorts, advisors, EIRs, founders and partners.

Last updated: August 2026

Why we have this

Altrova brings together founders, operators, regulators and investors across several markets. A shared standard of behaviour is what makes those rooms useful and safe.

What we expect

Treat people with respect. Assume good intent, disagree on substance, and keep feedback direct and constructive.

Be honest about your track record, your product stage, and your regulatory position. In regulated markets, overstating things creates real risk for everyone involved.

Confidentiality

Cohort sessions, studio conversations and pipeline discussions are confidential by default. Do not share another participant idea, metrics or materials outside the group without their permission.

What is not acceptable

Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind. Misrepresentation of Altrova or of your relationship with us. Soliciting participants for unrelated commercial offers. Sharing content that is unlawful in the markets we operate in.

Conflicts of interest

Disclose any conflict early: a competing venture, an advisory role, or a commercial relationship with a party in the discussion. Disclosure is almost always enough; concealment is not.

Reporting

If something falls short of this standard, tell us. Reports are handled confidentially and we will not retaliate against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.

Consequences

Depending on severity, we may issue a warning, remove someone from a cohort or community, or end a commercial engagement.
