altrova.io is a static marketing site. We do not set our own advertising or profiling cookies, and we do not run our own analytics cookies on this site.

Our enquiry, application and newsletter forms, and our meeting booking links, are hosted by HubSpot. When a form or booking widget loads, HubSpot may set cookies such as hubspotutk (identifies the browser submitting a form so submissions can be matched to a contact record), __hstc / __hssc / __hssrc (session and visit context for those forms), and a reCAPTCHA cookie used by Google to distinguish humans from automated submissions.

These cookies are read by HubSpot as our processor. Their purpose is limited to delivering the form, preventing spam, and attributing a submission to the person who made it.

Pages that link out to portfolio companies, LinkedIn or X do not set those platforms' cookies until you follow the link. Once you do, that platform's own cookie policy applies.

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent form-attribution cookies from HubSpot typically expire within six months of your last visit.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers let you refuse third-party cookies specifically. Blocking cookies from HubSpot may prevent our forms and booking links from working.
